1. Apply one to two coats of Sheer Wisdom Nail Tinted Moisturizer to clean, dry, bare nails.
2. Let the nail treatment dry completely. 
3. Follow with butter LONDON Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat (not included) to help prevent nail polish chipping and smudging and to lock in shine.
