butterLONDON.com ships to US addresses only. We are now able to deliver to either PO Boxes, APO, FPO or a valid street address. To ensure the security of your products, we encourage you to ship to a business address whenever possible.
Ground Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Expedited 2-day and 3-day Air Shipping is available for all orders at an additional cost. Expedited shipping costs varies depending on the weight of your package and its destination. Please note this will be calculated during checkout.
Our orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS, though we may use alternate carriers on occasion.

For 3-Day or 2-Day shipping, orders must be placed by 11:59pm PT and will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, provided it is not a major holiday.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund any unopened and unused items. butter LONDON can only issue refunds or accept returns for items purchased on butterlondon.com.
Items must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
To return items to butterlondon.com, please follow these simple steps:
- E-mail customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and the product(s) you would like to return. We will issue you a Return Authorization number. Unfortunately, returns without RA numbers will be refused.
- Please be sure to include a copy of the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number clearly written on or inside the box. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or USPS Surepost.
