HOW TO NAIL ART: GET GROOVY (when couldn’t resist) WITH A NEON TIE-DYE MANICURE

Step #1: Before we get this nail painting party started, make sure to prep your nails properly to help extend the life of your manicure. Give nails a gentle clean-up by removing dirt, oil, and grime with the dual-sided Nail Scrubbers—infused with soothing Aloe Vera and hydrating Vitamin E.
