I never repurchase lipstick because there’s always a little something “off” about the color. This one is PERFECT! No orangey tones, yet not too dark or purple. It’s also a great formula that wears well and has a slight minty tingle. I discovered at Kohls years ago and since it’s no longer available in nearby retailers I order it from the website whenever I run low.

I paid $16 to ship my order back even though most of the items were not as described and caused my lips to peel and become dry on top of not looking like it did in the past. I will never support this company again or recommend them. I loved this formula when I first tried it at Kohls years ago but it’s almost like a different product now. The other color has sweat beads which can indicate old lipstick but also temperature or storage issues. Don’t make the same mistake I did the reviews are mostly 5-6 years old and I don’t know how fresh the product is because customer service ignored my email. If they send me a defective product they should pay the return shipping.

This time around, however, the lipstick gave me a horrible reaction with peeling lips and the color looked flat and was drying. Very different experience and I suspected the lipstick wasn’t fresh or they changed the formula without telling customers. I reached out to the company explaining they should pay return shipping if they ship me an item that’s not as described, defective and/ir expired but they ignored me. The reviews are mostly 5-6 years old so I question how fresh the inventory is and just wanted a response and proof it is fresh. The shipping cost came out to about 35% of my total. I will never order from this unprofessional and unethical company again and warn others.
