The Horse Power Nail Rescue base coat is the best. It really helps improve the quality of my nails. I can wear it alone or with polish. Sometimes I wear it with just the Hardware shine top coat.

Very effective at pushing back cuticles. Be careful not to drop in sink like I did and cracked the tip and had to buy a new one.
