Shipping policy

Order Processing Cutoff 

  • Orders placed by 12:45 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and sent to fulfillment the same day. 

  • Orders placed after 12:45 PM ET are processed the next business day. 

Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding major US holidays. 

We Ship Orders Complete 

If an item is out of stock, it will be removed from your order and the remainder of your order will ship complete. 

United States Shipping Rates & Delivery 

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all US orders $40 and over. Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. Typically delivers in 5–7 business days. 

  • 2-Day Shipping: Rate calculated at checkout. Delivers within 2 business days. 

  • Overnight Shipping: Rate calculated at checkout. Delivers next business day. 

Need it faster? 2-Day and Overnight options are available at checkout (rates calculated at checkout). 

Canada & International 

We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States. 

Weekend Shipping Note 

  • Orders placed on Friday before 12:45 PM ET ship the same day (Friday). 

  • Orders placed on Friday after 12:45 PM ET, on Saturday, or on Sunday ship the following Monday. 

All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major US holidays). 

Holidays 

Processing and shipping are paused on major US federal holidays. Orders placed on or just before a holiday will ship the next business day. 

Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect timing. 

  • We currently ship to the United States only (including Alaska & Hawaii). 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please choose a secure delivery location.
