How To Use

Apply Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over your favorite butter LONDON Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for an ultra-glossy finish. Shake well and apply one coat of Hardwear Matte over your favourite butter LONDON nail lacquer. For best results, apply a thin layer in as few strokes as possible for a smooth, velvet look! Reapply as necessary for desired matte look. Want to reduce your nail lacquer dry time? Try adding 1-2 drops of P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops to help accelerate dry time.
