Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped in 1–2 business days. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day Service are not available for shipments to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. If a signature waiver is in place, butter LONDON cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

We are currently unable to ship to Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, Armenia, Czechia (Czech Republic), Russia & Ukraine. 

Expedited 2-day and 3-day Air Shipping is available for all orders at an additional cost. Expedited shipping costs varies depending on the weight of your package and its destination. Please note this will be calculated during checkout.

Returns:

butter LONDON honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your butterlondon.com purchase, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of carrier receipt of shipment and we will be happy to refund you for the full product amount. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other butter LONDON products. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on butterlondon.com may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.

• Please be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the box. Returns without the order confirmation will be refused. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or USPS Surepost.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
