Yummy Glazed Donut Nails to DIY at Home

Inspired by Hailey Bieber and her nail artist, glazed donut nails have taken social media by storm and looks like they are here to stay! However, you don’t have to go to a nail salon to achieve this shimmery glazed manicure. This popular nail look consists of a wash of colour on the nails followed by a shimmery top coat for a “glazed” look. Classic For Me, Please!

For our first glazed donut look, we are going to start with the original glazed donut look that took over Tik Tok and started the glazed donut craze. This look consists of a neutral base colour followed by a shimmery top coat.

Step 1: Apply one coat of Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat to help protect nails from damage.

Step 2: Apply one to two coats of Sheer Wisdom Nail Tinted Moisturizer to give nails a neutral crème base.

Step 3: Apply one to two coats of Mellow the Yellow Nail Brightening Treatment to add an opalescent hue for a shimmery glazed donut effect with skin-conditioning benefits.

Step 4: Lock in your classic glazed manicure with one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat to help prevent nail polish chipping.

Moody Grey

For our second donut inspired nail look, we have a grey glazed donut manicure. This look is perfect to transition to cooler weather while also staying on trend!
