Grab your wine glasses, because butter LONDON has partnered with Cupcake Vineyards for an exciting nail lacquer collab! This celebratory collection includes two limited-edition Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer hues that are ready to make the celebration last. Cupcake Vineyards
Before we introduce our celebratory collab, let us first introduce you to the inspiration—Cupcake Vineyards. Founded by Jessica Tomei in 2008, Cupcake has an assortment of wines varying from dry white wines, celebratory prosecco, and deep reds. Cupcake states that their wine pairs perfectly with assorted collections of moments of joy, from binge watching your favorite show to celebrating accomplishments with friends. We created two nail lacquer hues that compliment Cupcake Vineyard’s Moscato and Prosecco wines.
Color Me Moscato
The first nail polish colour we want to introduce is Color Me Moscato. Inspired by the sweet and zesty Cupcake Moscato wine, Color Me Moscato is a translucent confetti sparkle nail lacquer shade that is ready to celebrate life’s sparkling moments. This nail colour is perfect on its own but can also take one of our regular Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer hues to the next level. We love to layer this confetti sparkle hue over a soft dusty pink such as Piece of Cake or a soft purple such as English Lavender. Color Me Moscato is a great way to add some sparkle and shine to any fun manicure look!
In A Prosecco
The second fabulous colour in our Cupcake Collab is the celebratory metallic gold shimmer, Back in a Prosecco. This indulgent gold shimmer nail lacquer hue is inspired by Cupcake’s Prosecco wine, which pairs well with celebrating accomplishments of any size. We plan on wearing Back in a Prosecco all season long as its shimmery gold nail lacquer colour compliments every skin tone and pairs perfectly with a bubbly glass of Prosecco. Take Back in a Prosecco to the next level and use this rich gold as an accent for all of your DIY nail art looks.
Nail Art Ideas With Our New Nail Lacquer Colours
The first manicure inspo. for the new Color Me Moscato Nail Lacquer is from @nianails on Instagram. We love this fun and simple manicure look as it adds a bit of a pop with the glitter confetti colour on the ring fingers.
A similar version of this look can be achieved with shade Coming Up Roses (a rosy pink crème) Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer. This nail lacquer shade should be applied to every nail except the ring finger on both hands. Apply one to two coats until you have your desired opacity. Next, go in with our new Color Me Moscato on your ring fingers, applying as many coats as necessary until you receive your desired opacity. Top it off with Hardwear Shine UV Top Coat.
The second nail art inspiration came from @claybeautylounge on Instagram. For this nail art, @claybeautylounge left the majority of her nail plain and applied a shimmery gold colour to the top, left side, and bottom of the nail in a “C” formation.
This look can be achieved with Sheer Wisdom Nail Tinted Moisturizer in whichever of the 6 best-selling shades that best matches your skin tone. Sheer Wisdom will mimic the barely-there manicure seen in the inspiration above. Next, carefully apply Back in a Prosecco along the edge of the nail in a “C” shape, cleaning up smudged polish as you go. Top it off with Hardwear Shine UV Top Coat.
